About Us

Who is CoEfficiency Partners?

OK, it’s me. I help growing business owners who feel stuck break through the barriers that keep them there.

Over 25 years, I’ve worked across manufacturing, construction, leisure and entertainment – from smaller shops to 9-figure businesses operating across the country and around the world. With a background in entertainment (I may have an arts degree), I understand the importance of knowing your audience. But it was my experience in construction and manufacturing that taught me the real lesson: people struggle when they’re caught between strategy and tactics, and knowing where you’re getting held back is key to moving forward.

I have an analytical and logical mindset, tempered by creativity and an entrepreneurial outlook. I’m driven by curiosity – genuinely seeking to understand different perspectives, constraints and opportunities, then synthesizing those into “the better answer” (are you looking for answers? Those experiences repeatedly confirmed that it all starts with defining clear goals (the WHAT) then helping teams figure out HOW to achieve them. This became the foundation for the ClarityCascade approach and my focus on collaborative design. I don’t drop solutions on companies; we design their future together.

I’ve been fortunate to help clients:

  • Move from chaos to clarity, improving culture, engagement and results across the organization
  • Transition from sole proprietor mindset to scalable operations ready for growth
  • Re-architect processes to improve efficiency while reducing owner dependence
  • Build the structure and systems that create capacity instead of bottlenecks
  • Navigate crises while maintaining team cohesion and business continuity

I’ve built relationships with specialists I trust—people who approach their work the way I approach mine. When your project needs their specific capabilities, they join the team seamlessly.

Values

I believe we all have core values that should guide us whether we’re at home, with friends, or at work. We’ll sometimes miss the mark because we’re human, but we should aspire to these higher standards. Here’s what I strive for:

  • Integrity – We do what we say and are accountable for our actions
  • Collaboration – We believe “buy-in” should be a distant second to collaboratively aligning the plan with the goals and needs of the business, employees, customers and stakeholders
  • Trust – We seek to build trust by communicating with clarity, acting with integrity, and demonstrating trustworthiness through our actions
  • Excellence – We continuously seek to improve what we do and how we do it, with an eye towards surpassing expectations
  • Fun – We enjoy the work we do, and seek to foster a positive environment with the people we work with

The Bottom Line

If you’re feeling stuck despite working harder than ever, you’re not alone. Most growing companies hit these barriers. The good news? With the right approach you can get unstuck and build the business you actually want to run.
